Creators upload their original artwork to TiredArt for others to purchase. When a user makes a purchase, we print the artwork on a 4x6" panel and ship it to them. There is no outsourcing; all printing, support, website development, etc. is done in-house by our founder. All creators need to do is upload their art -- we handle the rest.
TiredArt uses Stripe to process payments. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
Profits are split 50/50 between the artist and TiredArt. Profit is calculated as the listing price minus the cost of the panel and shipping. Our fixed costs such as printers, website development, etc. are excluded from the calculation, so the artist receives the majority of the profit.
Creator approvals require a verifiable portfolio, social media account, website, or any other place we can view your work. Creator approval is required to ensure all art is made by humans (no AI art allowed). All creators are treated equally regardless of social media following, experience, race, gender, etc. so if you are interested, please apply.
The short answer is that we cannot accept returns. However, customer and creator satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. If
your order is lost or damaged in the mail, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. In extreme cases, we
will refund your purchase while still paying the creator, meaning we take on the loss.
All issues should be directed to TiredArt as it is our sole responsibility to handle them, not the creators'. From order processing and printing to shipping, we
are responsible for your order. Please contact us, not the creator, if there are any issues, concerns, or complaints.
AI-generated art is strictly prohibited. Political, offensive, violent (context dependent), or NSFW content is not allowed.
Additionally, art containing copyrighted content (such as logos, characters, etc.) is not allowed. We hope to work with
brands in the future to change this.
We will work with creators and offer flexibility as to not inhibit their creative expression. For example, suggestive but non-explicit content is generally allowed. However, TiredArt will not become Reddit and will moderate content at our discretion.
